Board Chairman - Brett Wadford Brett Wadford is the 2008 chapter Board Chairman for the Columbia Jaycees and the 2008 Membership Services Vice President for the SC Jaycees. Brett was born in Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Newberry College. He is employed with Manpower Inc. as a staffing specialist. Brett has previously served as the chapter president for 2006 and 2007.  In addition, he has held other chapter offices including chapter development vice president and business development vice president. Brett is a diplomat with the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer with the American Cancer Society. His favorite aspect of the Jaycees is the opportunity each individual has to develop themselves as leaders while also helping to develop the community.
