Community Development VP - Chris Tilley Chris Tilley is the Vice President of Community Development for the Columbia Jaycees. He is the Chief Multimedia Developer for 3 Rivers Media and a part-time Science and Technology Educator at the State Museum. Although a North Carolina native, Chris wears Garnet and Black during football season - he graduated from the University of South Carolina's acclaimed school of Broadcast Journalism in 2003. His inspiration to join the Jaycees comes from the words of Thomas Jefferson: "I believe that every human mind feels pleasure in doing good to another." Chris has no spare time, but if he did he would enjoy canoeing, traveling, and photography.
