Currently serving as our Individual Development Vice President is Ryan Stone.  Ryan is a 2006 graduate of The University of South Carolina with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy.  While in college, he was the Secretary of Kappa Alpha Order, Treasurer of his Philosophy honors society, and Philanthropy Chairman of the Carolina Student Judicial Council.  Shortly after graduating, he joined Morgan Stanley as a Service Associate. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys golf, running, kayaking, reading, and all things Gamecock.  He was inspired to join the Jaycees in March of 2007 after learning about all of the wonderful things they do in the community.  In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, “It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.”  Ryan is excited to serve with the rest of the board this year and has adopted a motto that he hopes to instill in each member of the Jaycees — Growth through the development of people.
